Amyra Farms presents The Engineered Harvest — a dual-core managed plantation asset in Sakleshpura, Karnataka, offering passive investors a precision-agriculture opportunity in the heart of the Western Ghats. Powered by proprietary Porous Ferro-Cement (PFP) technology, each acre is planted at 1,000 posts, transforming pepper vines into high-yield bushes for year-round production. The dual-crop model stacks two high-value commodity crops: Black Pepper (varieties Panniyur 10, Kumbakal, Thekken-2; target yield 1,305 kg/acre/year dry) and CxR Robusta Coffee (target yield 800 kg/acre/year clean bean), both reaching full maturity from Year 3 onwards. The 70/30 partnership model aligns incentives for maximum yield, with Amyra Farms handling all on-farm labor, fertigation, pest management, harvesting, processing, and reporting.
