Avacasa ("we", "us") operates a real-estate marketplace connecting property buyers with developers. This policy explains how we handle the personal data of the property developers and partners we engage with, and of the visitors who use our website at avacasa.life.

2. Data we collect

  • Business and contact details of developers and their representatives — name, phone number, email, company name, website, office address, and project information.
  • Communications you exchange with us — WhatsApp and email messages, and any documents or images you share with us (e.g. brochures, project photos, floor plans, price lists).
  • Website usage data — IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected via cookies and standard server logs.

3. How we collect it

From publicly available business sources, from information you provide directly to us, and through our onboarding portal and website forms.

4. How we use it

  • To contact you about partnering with Avacasa.
  • To onboard your projects onto the Avacasa marketplace.
  • To communicate with you over WhatsApp and email.
  • To create and manage your property listings on avacasa.life.
  • To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Sharing and processors

We use trusted third-party services to operate:

  • Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — messaging.
  • Google Workspace — email.
  • Amazon Web Services — data and file storage.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Messaging and opt-out

We message you on WhatsApp and email in connection with onboarding and partnership. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, or by contacting us at the address below.

7. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the onboarding relationship and any legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and with the EU General Data Protection Regulation where applicable.
