VIP Mercury

VIP Mercury is a resort-style condominium in Bang Tao, on Phuket's sought-after west coast, developed by VIP Property Development in partnership with the renowned international hospitality group Wyndham (under which the project is also marketed as Wyndham La Vita). The masterplan lays out eight low-rise residential buildings (Building 1 through Building 8), each rising to seven floors, arranged around a landscaped central spine of lagoon-style swimming pools, water features and garden courtyards. A dedicated Lobby Building anchors the entrance with a hotel-style lobby, sales centre and rooftop garden, while a large main swimming pool and a separate children's pool with water-play features sit at the heart of the community. Rooftop gardens crown several buildings and generous surface parking wraps the western edge of the site.

Homes are sold on a leasehold basis. The current release features one-bedroom residences in Types A1 (45.25 sqm), D1 (56.85 sqm) and D5 (approximately 71 to 73 sqm), alongside larger two-bedroom Type D4 homes of 98.8 sqm. Pricing is set by unit type, floor and outlook, spanning mountain, garden, villa, building and sea views, and starts from THB 6,300,000 for a mountain-view Type A1. Payment is structured as a THB 200,000 booking deposit followed by staged instalments of 50%, 25% and 25%. As a Thailand condominium, the project is not subject to India's RERA framework.
